What happens after I submit a project inquiry?
We review your inquiry to understand your business, project goals and priorities. After submission, you'll see an on-screen confirmation. If the project is a good fit, we'll follow up to discuss scope, timeline and next steps.
Do I need to have the whole idea figured out before I submit?
No. You can come with a clear brief, a rough idea or an existing product that needs work. Part of the process is helping shape what the project should become.
What kinds of projects can I submit?
Website Essentials and Functional Website projects, website redesigns and refreshes, and website maintenance or updates. Social + Content is coming soon and is not yet available.
Can Southern Haze work with something that already exists?
Yes. We can work with an existing website rather than rebuilding everything from zero.
