Southern Haze is a place for ideas that need somewhere to go.

What that means

Right now, that means websites: thoughtfully designed, responsive sites that help a business explain itself clearly. Social + Content, powered by RED TONG, is coming soon.

We start with the problem, figure out what makes sense, and build from there. Some projects become new websites. Some become a refresh of what's already there. Some just need someone to look at the whole thing and say, “Here's what I'd do next.” That's Southern Haze.

How we think about it

  • Technology should make the experience better — not become the experience.
  • AI doesn't need to be everywhere.
  • A product doesn't need twenty features when five will do.
  • A website shouldn't make someone work to understand it.
  • Marketing should still sound like a human being made it.
  • Good work doesn't need more complexity. It needs clarity.
