01 / Overview
A community concept, made explorable.
Fairy Hill Homes translates an ocean-view community concept in Fairy Hill, Portland, Jamaica into a guided home exploration journey. Premium coastal imagery and editorial typography introduce the setting; interactive detail gives visitors a way to explore their own preferences.
This is a concept project and interactive demo by Southern Haze Creative, not a paid client engagement. The homes, floor plans and homesites are conceptual visualizations, not approved architectural plans or actual inventory.
02 / The challenge
More than a beautiful first impression.
A residential concept needs to communicate both the feeling of a place and the practical differences between homes. Visitors need to move from an inviting image to a model, a layout and a set of choices they can understand.
The challenge was to connect those moments without confusing a conceptual visualization with a construction document, a confirmed listing or a reservation guarantee.
03 / The approach
Three models. Different ways to explore.
The experience introduces The Cove, The Lagoon and The Summit through a shared model collection and individual model pages. The Cove and The Lagoon are single-story designs; The Summit is a two-story design.
The collection supports comparison before visitors move into galleries, exterior finish choices and more detailed exploration. The site plan gives the ten conceptual ocean-view homesites their own dedicated view.
04 / Key experience
Turn exploration into something personal.
Model pages combine imagery, exterior finish options, conceptual floor plans and room walkthroughs. Visitors can explore the visual choices without treating those views as approved architectural specifications.
The Design Studio carries the journey into personalization and offers a downloadable personalized PDF brochure. Reservation and inquiry entry points provide a next step, without representing actual available inventory or a completed transaction.
